Mint Engineering specializes in HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for the built environments in which we all live, work and play. We provide design, consulting, energy analysis and commissioning services for new, existing, and prospective buildings. We partner with architects, developers, owners, and other engineering firms to provide value and support whenever and wherever we can, for both the private and public sectors.
We are known for being a firm that is fun, positive and team-oriented. That is who we are, and we make it our mission to demonstrate this attitude daily through our interactions with colleagues and clients. We pride ourselves on hard work, good engineering, and having a relentless focus on the client. Our success is measured by our ability to maintain happy clients and a happy team. Principal, Head of Operations
Abbie Bejrowski is a co-founder and our President of Operations. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing strategic direction for our firm. She oversees Mint's finance, marketing and human resource functions. Abbie's interest in entrepreneurship and management was sparked while obtaining her undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin, motivating her to carry on and obtain an MBA. After 12 years in the corporate world, she decided it was time to start her own venture and convinced Michael to co-found an MEP firm. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and most of all spending quality time with the family.
Michael Bejrowski, P.E., LEED AP
Principal, Head of Engineering
Michael Bejrowski, P.E., LEED AP, is a co-founder and our President of Engineering. He has over a decade of extensive industry experience designing, consulting and leading MEP teams. Michael's interest in engineering began in the USMC where he was responsible for drafting and surveying. Shortly after his honorable discharge from the military, he completed his Mechanical Engineering degree at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Michael has a passion for ensuring our clients are thrilled with our work and enjoys learning about industry developments and new technology. In his free time, Michael enjoys mountain biking, barbecuing and catching up on sports.
Albert Martinez, P.E.
Albert Martinez, P.E. is a Project Engineer. He has over a decade of combined experience in engineering design, manufacturing, and forensics. Albert’s interest in engineering began in high school being part of a magnet school for engineering professions, STEMS (South Texas Engineering Math and Science). He completed his Mechanical Engineering degree at The University of Texas at Austin. Albert focuses on keeping our clients happy and making an enjoyable environment for our team. In his free time, he enjoys reading, walking outdoors, watching sports, and spending quality time with his family.
Joe is our resident New Yorker - originally from Long Island. He moved to Central Texas in 2005 with his wife, Denise and their son. Joe has a background in architecture, civil, and MEP engineering. He attended New York Institute of Technology for Architecture before transitioning to engineering. He has has over 20 years of experience with a wide array of projects, ranging from K-12 schools to high rise buildings. In his free time, he enjoys watching his son play baseball, grilling, traveling and American history. His favorite sport is ice hockey.
Originally from Southern California, Jesse lived in Houston for 19 years before relocating to Dripping Springs with his beautiful family of six in 2017. While in Houston, he met his wife of 15 years, Judy, who is originally from Honduras, and studied at ITT Technical Institute and San Jacinto College. Jesse enjoys working in mechanical design and has a passion for BIM. In his spare time, he enjoys weekly coffee dates with Judy, watching movies and have dinner with the family. During his personal time, he enjoys riding mountain bikes, trail running and volunteering as a mentor at a local elementary school.
