Abbie is a co-founder and COO. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing strategic direction for our firm. She oversees Mint's finance, marketing and human resource functions. Abbie's interest in entrepreneurship and management was sparked while obtaining her undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin, motivating her to carry on and obtain an MBA. After 12 years in the corporate world, she decided it was time to start their own venture and convinced Michael to co-found an MEP firm. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in nature, reading historical fiction novels, and most of all spending quality time with her energetic family and animals (which currently includes 2 goats, 12 chickens, a Great Pyranese, a Chihuahua, a Yorkie and a Siamese kitty).
