WonderWell is a new early learning center based on the Reggio Emilia approach. Mint Engineering designed the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for the project. The mechanical system type used for the project was variable refrigerant flow (VRF) with VRF dedicated outdoor air systems to provide treated outdoor air. A new 800A electrical service was coordinated with Austin Energy as part of an overall site development consisting of three buildings and a fourth future building. Typical plumbing systems were designed with central hot water generation circulated throughout the building.
